First, Precautions

Second, the masterbatch granulator work process precautions
1. always pay attention to the temperature change of the body, touch the strip with a clean hand do not stain the hand, should immediately increase the temperature. Until the strip stained hands for normal.
2. the reducer-bearing parts burn hands, or are accompanied by noise should be timely maintenance and additional oil.
3. the mainframe bearing room bearing parts at both ends of the hot burning hands or noise, to stop the maintenance and refill grease. Normal operation, the bearing room every 5-6 days to add grease once.
4. pay attention to finding out the machine’s operating rules; such as high and low machine temperature, fast and slow speed, according to the situation, and timely processing.
5. When the machine is running unstably, attention should be paid to checking whether the clearance of the coupling fit is too tight, to adjust the loose some in time.

Third, the operation method of the masterbatch granulator
1. Before starting the machine, the first warm-up for about 40 or 50 minutes. The temperature will rise until the motor v-belt is pulled by hand until it is free; pull eight to ten times in a row according to the normal working rotation. Then continue to warm up for about ten minutes, and then turn on the machine, but continue to heat up, because the normal production needs continuous supplemental heat; according to the different nature of the plastic to adjust different temperatures.
2. In the normal operation of the granulator, the machine temperature should be kept stable, not high and low. The temperature near the venting hole until the head part should be maintained at about 200℃ (referring to C material and B material).
3. The material should be evenly fed and added enough. The machine eating speed and feeding speed should match properly. Otherwise, it will affect the quality and yield of the granule.
4. When stopping, the host should be completely cut off the power. The head wire plug (with the wrench part) must be taken off. To be used next time before the separate preheating.
