Baby Pampers Diapers Recycling Equipment

Time:2025-07-23

As the consumption of disposable hygiene products continues to rise year by year, the environmental pressure caused by non-woven baby pampers diapers and sanitary pads has become increasingly prominent. These products, mainly made of polypropylene (PP) non-woven fabric, if simply landfilled or incinerated after use, not only waste resources but also cause soil pollution and carbon emissions. The emergence of non-woven baby pampers diapers and sanitary pad recycling extrusion granulators (also known as pampers recycling machine) is precisely the key equipment to solve this problem—it can convert such waste into reusable recycled plastic pellets, addressing pollution while achieving resource recycling.

In terms of the equipment itself, the non-woven baby pampers diapers and sanitary pad recycling extrusion granulator is an integrated processing system, whose core function is to complete the “purification and conversion” of waste through physical and mechanical means. Its workflow is clear and efficient: first, the preprocessing module crushes baby pampers diapers and sanitary pads into small pieces, while separating non-plastic components such as fluff pulp and superabsorbent resin; then it enters the cleaning stage, using technologies like ozone sterilization and ultrasonic cleaning to remove residual impurities and ensure the materials are clean; finally, the twin-screw extruder heats and melts the purified PP non-woven fabric, and the pelletizing system produces recycled pellets with a diameter of 3-5mm. The entire process requires no chemical additives, and relying on mechanical principles and temperature control technology, it can transform the original waste into recycled raw materials with stable physical properties.

Summarized Process Flow:

1.Feeding & Conveying: Pre-shredded plastic film/bags are fed into the Material Silo. The Distribute Screw Feeder evenly distributes material to the main silo, and the Screw Feeder conveys it steadily into the extruder.

2.Melting & Extrusion: The Main Motor drives the Anti-Wearing Screw Worm (extruder screw) via the Gearbox. Material is compressed, heated, melted (plasticized), and forced through a die at the extruder end.

3.Cutting: Molten plastic strands exiting the die are instantly cut into pellets by the high-speed rotating blades of the Cutting Device, powered by the Cutting Motor And Gearbox.

4.Cooling & Drainage: Hot pellets are rapidly cooled and solidified by air from the Cooling Air Blower. Any generated condensate/water is collected and drained via the Water Drainage Pipe And Silo.

Compared with traditional treatment methods, such granulators have prominent advantages. From an environmental perspective, it reduces the amount of landfilled hygiene product waste (including baby pampers diapers) at the source. Each ton of recycled pellets can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 2.3 tons, equivalent to avoiding the carbon sequestration pressure of nearly 100 trees. From an economic perspective, the cost of recycled pellets is about 20% lower than that of virgin PP materials, and the water used in the processing can be recycled, bringing stable profits to recycling enterprises. In terms of efficiency, modern granulators are integrated with intelligent control systems, which can automatically adjust crushing intensity and temperature control parameters. A single production line can process several tons of waste (including baby pampers diapers) per day with a processing purity of over 95%. More importantly, it breaks the perception that “hygiene product waste including baby pampers diapers cannot be recycled”, turning such once “hard-to-handle” garbage into truly recyclable resources and providing a practical path for the green transformation of the hygiene product industry.

Nowadays, with the advancement of environmental protection policies and the improvement of recycling systems, non-woven baby pampers diapers and sanitary pad recycling extrusion granulators are transforming from “niche equipment” into “essential equipment” in the environmental protection industry. It is not just a machine, but a bridge connecting “waste treatment” and “resource regeneration”, enabling every used hygiene product (including baby pampers diapers) to have the opportunity to return to life in a new form and writing a vivid footnote for the circular economy. For the field of recycling baby pampers, this equipment has opened up a more standardized and efficient path, making large-scale recycling of baby pampers diapers possible.
