Description

The core invention of this conical column type packet switching filter is aimed at the shortcomings of the existing technology. It provides a double-column switchable screen changer, which adopts a switching method to change the screen and packing. The function of the tapered cylinder is to have high pressure, good sealing and no leakage, and manufacturing cost. The advantages of less, god filtering effect, convenient operation, and small pressure fluctuation, can achieve continuous striping when changing the screen. A filter column driven by a telescopic drive device is provided in the filter chambers, a switching valve is provided in the screen changer box between the two filter chambers, and the switching valve is provided with a communication hole and a communication hole distributed along the axial direction. Hole 2, when the switching valve reciprocates in the axial direction, the two filter chambers are respectively communicated with the inlet through the communicating hole 1 and communicating hole 2, and are exchanged when changing the screen. The two outlet channels are designed with interlocking internals. The valve prevents the two flow passages from passing through each other when changing the net. The appearance is unique and the use value is higher.
