Description
The invention of this double plate screenless filter is designed to form extruded sheets, plates, foamed insulation boards, etc, and to make better products for energy conservation and environmental protection. It is self tightening with a double blade rotary scraper belt function: it has the function of high-speed kneading to increase plasticization, so that the slag removal effect is better and the plasticization can reach the highest melt index. Structural design:
It usually consists of two parallel plate-like structures to form the main body of filtration, and a specific flow channel is formed between the plates. Unlike the traditional filters with screens, it does not have an obvious screen structure, but realizes the filtration function through the special design and media between the plates. The equipment is equipped with inlet and outlet ports, sealing devices, etc. to ensure the stability and sealing of the filtration process.
