This paper pulp extrusion and pelletizing machine is an integrated professional equipment, consisting of components such as the Material Silo, Screw Feeder, Distribute Screw Feeder, Anti – Wearing Screw Worm, Gearbox, Main Motor, Water Drainage Pipe and Silo, Cutting Device, Cutting Motor and Gearbox, and Cooling Air Blower. Through precise mechanical design and automatic control, the equipment realizes a continuous production process from raw material feeding, dewatering by extrusion, to pelletizing and shaping of paper pulp, and finally produces uniform RDF pellets.

It is mainly used for the resource utilization of paper – based solid waste such as paper pulp. It can convert waste materials from paper mills (e.g., Paper Plant Plastic Waste), waste paper recycling pulp, etc., into RDF fuel. These RDFs can be used in industrial boilers, waste incineration power plants, etc., replacing part of fossil fuels, realizing the recycling of energy, and alleviating the pressure of landfilling and reducing environmental pollution.
2.Expansion in Related Industries
In addition to paper pulp, for biomass raw materials (such as straw pulp, wood pulp, etc.) with similar physical properties (e.g., a certain moisture content, formability by extrusion), it can also perform dewatering and pelletizing treatment, expanding the raw material sources for RDF and biomass pellet fuels, and contributing to the energy – oriented transformation of more solid waste and biomass resources.

The cutting device and the shaping process cooperate. 1.Feeding & Preparation
The Material Silo stores paper pulp raw materials. The Screw Feeder and Distribute Screw Feeder transport raw materials to the main extrusion-pelletizing system evenly, using rotating screw blades to adjust material flow and distribution for subsequent processing.
2.Extrusion, Dewatering & Plasticizing
Powered by the Main Motor (via the Gearbox), the Anti-Wearing Screw Worm rotates in a closed cavity. It applies increasing pressure to the paper pulp:
Dewatering: Moisture is squeezed out and drained via the Water Drainage Pipe and Silo.
Plasticizing: Pressure and friction gradually compress and shape the pulp into a continuous, moldable strip.
3.Pelletizing & Cooling
The continuous pulp strip enters the Cutting Device. Driven by the Cutting Motor and Gearbox, cutters slice the strip into uniform pellets. The Cooling Air Blower rapidly cools the hot pellets, ensuring stable shapes for easy storage, transport, and use.
