Third. First startup operation method
1. Before starting, the temperature should be heated for about forty or fifty minutes. Raise the temperature to pull the triangle belt of the motor by hand until it is free; Pull continuously eight to ten times according to normal working rotation. Then continue to heat up for about ten minutes, and then start the machine, but continue to heat up, because the normal production needs to continue to replenish heat; Adjust different temperatures according to different properties of plastics.
2, when the pelletizer works normally, the machine temperature should be kept stable, not high or low. Near the vent hole, until the nose part of the temperature to keep about 200℃ (refers to material C, b).
3, the feed should be uniform, can not appear to lack material phenomenon. Machine feeding speed and feeding speed should be appropriate. Otherwise, the quality and yield of particles will be affected.
4, stop the host from completely cutting off the power supply. The nose plug (with spanner) must be removed. Separate preheat before next use.
