1.Intelligent Control System: Equipped with a programmable logic controller (PLC) and touchscreen interface, it enables real-time monitoring and adjustment of key parameters (e.g., cutter speed, water temperature, throughput). SJL-300 Intelligent Stable Underwater Pelletizing Equipment Working Principle

1.Melting & Extrusion: Molten polymer is fed into the SJL-300’s die head via an extruder, where it is forced through small holes to form continuous strands.

2.Underwater Cutting: As the strands exit the die head, they enter a water-filled cutting chamber, where a high-speed rotating cutter severs them into pellets. The water instantly cools the pellets to prevent sticking or deformation.

3.Separation & Dehydration: The pellet-water mixture is transported to a centrifugal dehydrator, which separates pellets from water.

4.Water Recirculation: The separated water is filtered, cooled, and recycled back to the cutting chamber, ensuring energy and resource efficiency.
