Why do we need to recycling woven bag
Woven bag is an ideal packaging solution thanks to its features of strong structure, fastness and cost-effectiveness. These plastic sacks are widely used to pack materials like grains, milling, sugar, fodder, chemical, fertilizer, as well as other applications like cement, sands, metal parts, concrete etc. Classified by plastic material, woven bags mainly have PP woven bag, PE woven bag and OPP woven bag. PP woven bags are stiff and crisp, PE woven bags are smooth and soft, while OPP woven bags are crisp and of high transparency. Woven bags bring great convenience to storage and logistic processes, but improper disposal of waste woven bags produces harm to the environment which is known as “White Pollution”. White pollution not only affects nature’s beauty but also leads to health hazards. Landfill is not a long-term solution for this material, because the degradation cycle of plastics is at least 200 years in general. Woven bag recycling is an ideal solution. Some popular recycling machines like woven bag shredder is a good option to make the whole recycling process easier.
