In the plastic processing industry, granulation lines, pipe extrusion lines, and pulverizers serve as core production equipment, operating under high load for extended periods. At the same time, the servo system can dynamically adjust the output power according to the material viscosity and granulation specifications: when processing low-viscosity materials, it automatically reduces the speed to avoid “idle energy consumption”; when switching to high-specification granulation requirements, it quickly increases the torque to ensure that the production capacity is not affected. Through a special sealing design, the water cooled servo motor directly increases its protection level to IP65 and above, which can not only completely block the intrusion of dust but also work normally even in case of short-term water splashing, completely solving the problem of damage to the motor caused by the complex environment of the workshop. In addition, its speed response speed is 35% faster than that of traditional motors. When switching pipe specifications, it can quickly match the screw speed, reducing the waste of transition materials; the low-temperature operation also reduces the motor power loss by more than 28%.
