Description & Application

A Screen Changer is a critical device in plastic extrusion production, primarily used to filter impurities from the melt, ensuring product quality and production continuity. It achieves efficient filtration by replacing filter screens and is widely used in the production of films, pipes, sheets, and fibers.

The core function of a Screen Changer is to intercept impurities (such as carbon deposits, metal particles, and unmelted raw materials) in the melt through a filter screen. When the filter screen becomes clogged, the Screen Changer can automatically or manually replace the screen without stopping production.
