It achieves efficient filtration by replacing filter screens and is widely used in the production of films, pipes, sheets, and fibers.

The core function of a Screen Changer is to intercept impurities (such as carbon deposits, metal particles, and unmelted raw materials) in the melt through a filter screen. When the filter screen becomes clogged, the Screen Changer can automatically or manually replace the screen without stopping production.
